Vague query without requisite information.
Even the information provided is false as you have stated to have joined in October 2017 and left in May 2017, are you sure?

Inquire from PRO/APFC in nearest PF office of EPFO in person or by phone etc the PF wages as on your DOJ and later and check if you were covered.

Likewise check for ESI in nearest office of ESIC.
You may also check for eligibility for (statutory) Bonus per wage ceiling and O/o Labor Commissioner can be contacted. If eligible and period is calendar year the employer may pay by 30th Nov.

The directory is available on the respective websites.

If you were covered by the def. and amount of wages but employer did not do the needful then you have the reason to agitate otherwise on what grounds you would want to agitate?
The employee should be aware of the very basic things.

If you have written to employer on all points then employer is under obligation to reply and clarify.
The united employees are aware of such things and employee should retain access to unions.

Agree with the expert Dr. J.C. Vashishta.
