Lien period from central govt to automonous body

SIR
I WAS CENTRAL GOVERNMENT PERMANENT STATT AS LDC. I JOINED TO AUTOMOUNS BODY AS CMPFO AFTER GETTING LIEN 2 YEARS. NOW I WANT TO JOIN BACK TO PARENT DEPARTMENT . CAN I JOIN BACK MY PARENT DEPERMENT.
PLEASE REPLY. IT WILL BE VERY HELPFUL FOR ME.

You can join back any time during the period of retention of lien or at the end of deputation period, whichever is less, provided you are not absorbed in the new organization.

AS you have joined the Autonomous body and applied for joining autonomous body through proper channel and submitted technical resignation to your previous employment your lien to post in the previous Central government job was 2 years you can join before the end of this 2 years lien period in your parent organization.
