In 1987 my grandfather got court decree for 1 acre land. 1988 my grandfather implemented and mutation and got land passbooks&title deed. Later my grandfather land give to my father . Later my father given to me.am cultivating that land . My grandfather is plaintiff. Other person is defendant.Defendant person absent for Court 5 times in 1987.then court given decree. Both plaintiff and defendant is died right now.. Defendant sons are there persent. Defendant sons can appeal for Court decree right now..

No.30 years time delay for filling appeal can't be condoned moreover when defendant's son had knowledge of decree.

Defendant son's are uneducated persons.
I didn't know either defendant son's are knowledge of decree.

Did you consult your lawyer who has full knowledge of the facts of the case? If so, what is his/her opinion? Otherwise, have faith in him/her and proceed as advised, s/he is competent and intelligent enough to sail you through.

Now appeal by Defendant son is not possible the decree has attain finality long back. The ground of being uneducated is not maintainable in this case.
