i want to know 1) my husband committed suicide three months ago, due to financial looses now my inlaws are pressurising to sign NOC for leaving all the claims to property and i don't want to do that .what should i do?
2) in laws are saying that they will put allegations that suicide was because of me , the will put allegations on me although there was no postmortem done of suicide, no police complaint registration .do these allegations stand in court?
3) is my mother in law also a legal heir to my husbands own property and not joint

Seems to be quite a vague query.
In suicide case, no cremation seems to be possible without any police report or postmortem thereafter.

Suicide committed by anyone has to be reported to Police immediately who are supposed to register FIR and MLC made out even if the dead body taken to the hospital by relatives and police is contacted for registering the FIR.
In the present case if this was not done or in conspiracy with police no FIR got registered than it was wrong.
The complaint reported to the court by the relatives will be got investigated by the police and ordered to be registered as FIR complaint by the police.
As far who instigated the person to commit suicide will be clarified after the investigation by the police and that too if there exists sufficient evidence to prove this allegation.
The post mortem was not conducted is a mistake however this by itself will not mean that the death was not by way of suicide by the victim. The un-natural death of any person has to be because of some reason and what was that has to be investigated. If there are witnesses to prove that someone was instigating the person to take extreme step to end his life, the court will critically look in to this evidence.
Under the Hindu Succession Act,1956, on the death of Hindu male, his property devolves equally to his surviving widow, his surviving mother and all his children, both sons and daughters as each get one share of his property.
