RCR is of no use. Withdraw it and file for divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion of more than 2 years by your wife.
Guest (Expert) 28 October 2017
Follow the advise of Expert Mr.Vijay Raj Mahajan
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 28 October 2017
It seems RCR was not given till date.

Withdraw it and file divorce petition.

Great advice by the experts without knowing the background of the case and the reasonable excuse on the part of his wife to leave the querist !

Since when she has left you and on what ground?

If yours is a real case of desertion of your wife, any advice without knowing any background of your wife leaving you may backfire you only in the shape of a DV and dowry case against you.

@JIGYASU
Since last January she is away from me.
This may she filed a complaint in Women's PS and she doesn't want to follow the procedure suggested by DSP there. And then a month later she filed a complaint at sakhi CENTRE (CENTRE for women) and there also nothing fruitful evolved.
And now since I wanna go for divorce, I'm in search of some advice.
RAM (Querist) 31 October 2017
@ Vijayraj
It's been less than two years. Still Can I follow the procedure as informed earlier.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 31 October 2017
Well advised by expert Mr. Vijay Raj Mahajan withdraw your RCR petition and file divorce petition if you are unable to reconcile.
Seek advise of your lawyer before taking any decision/step.
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 07 February 2018
I agree with Vijay Raj Mahajan.

RCR notice is a time tested tool to compel wife to raise true/false complaint of dowry/domestic violence against husband with family including married/unmarried brother/sisters wit/without their spouse. This way husband leaves her with no choice but to spoil his family even if she does not want to do so.

Thus forum is full of such cases where husband with parents/siblings faced such criminal charges.
After visiting jails people realise that the situation inside Indian Jails is not as rosy as shown in movies and the cops are also comedians in movies which is not in actual life.
