I m removed from service for a misconduct of sharing information from bank can i claim noc from from bank as per letter i removed from service without debarred from future service..i m just 26 yearold it was a mistake which bank treatment as misconduct
I m not intrest to file pil in any court due to financial problm and not interested to go again in bank i can qualify ssc dept
And plz tell me what are the documents i have to required for new job except qualifications certificate

Show the complete case file to a local lawyer practicing service matters for proper appreciation of facts and documents used by bank in disciplinary case instituted and decided against you wherein you have stated to have been awarded the punishment of "removal" from service.

It has been found that there are some fake evidence submitted againt me by inquiry officer because i have not taken the assistance of any union nor i defend myself because everyone told me it is a minor case ..but it was very shocking that they give me such a hatsh punishment...i want to start my life again i am basically belong from poor family and i cant afford lawyers fee and i have no knowledge how to file pil and all that i just believe that i can get a good job again if otheer dept have objection about my past.. because interview may b very difficult for me to face...

Rajender k goyal..i appreciate ur reply...thanks to motivate me it is really a hard situation for me to accept this result but my colleague told me same as u told but there is only one fair and that is interview ..i belong from schedule cast i can easily qualify any exam in 2013 i was topper in ssc chsl and more than 5 exam passed and selected but i choose this job ..but now i feel it was my wrong decesion

Bad handshake by Mr. Kumar ADoab through his 2 vague and irrelevant posts made by him, as of playing merely a number game.
The querist asked for the nature of documents for his application for the new post through SSC, but he advised to ask for the documents in writing under proper acknowledgment and even through RTI, BUT NOT SUGGESTED WHICH DOCUMENTS TO SEEK AND FROM WHOM THROUGH RTI.

Mr. Sunil,
Opportunity lost cannot be regained. When you did not prefer to defend yourself, the charge automatically got proved in the absence of any defense by you.
About documents required for new job through SSC, no expert can be expected to be a representative of the SSC or the controller of the examination for different jobs. Every job notification by SSC contains a list of requisite documents to be attached with your application.

And sir can i get no objection certificate from bank without mentioning any past detail of case.. my friends suggest me to take noc and join any other job as soon as possible..
yes i lost that opportunity and at that time even regional office tld me no need to woory about case u will not loose job ..but the result was totally opposite and gave the application to my bank for noc they told me they will gove me but now they are making excuses

Sir i have applied for ssc cgl and i think i have qualified for preliminary exam. At that time i was in job of bank but now i m not i dont know what will they ask during interview... Please tell me can i legally get job if i told everything about my past experience if they ask during interview why i terminated ...this is the only question which make me worries and i m very tensed...please clear can i legally get any job if i told everything about my past that i was terminated due to misconduct..

Mr. Sunil,
You cannot expect any real advice from Mr. Kumar Doab, a fake expert with unreal name, and ID. He is famous in making multiples of vague posts only by playing a number game in a race to falsely reach the top of the experts ladder.
Even now, you would have noticed, he made 2 absolutely vague and irrelevant posts like a person of an unsound mind. Only such type of people confuse the querists with their wrong and misleading advice.

It was your mistake that you did not defended the case properly. Submit appeal to the appellate authority immediately. It may help to wash black spot on you.
Do not accept the decision as such.
For appeal you are not required to hire a lawyer. Contact some experienced person in departmental inquiry of your Bank / other Bank, he would help in preparing appeal.

So far as NOC from Bank is concerned, it is doubtful Bank would issue any NOC which would be of much help to you in your new employment. It would provide actual position / negative feedback.

Its a govt bank .and i have shared the account no of my and my father on the advice of my asst manager in which he credit some amount when i enquire ed it has been found thats is subsidy amont of gas .asst manager adviced me to keep mum there is nothing wrong gave that credit ed amount to him i gave that amount to him but after some time when the thing came in the light of manager he complaint against me and asst manager ..i was totally unaware what will going to happed i have not takn the help of any union ont participated in any inquirey everyone told me dont think its a simple case but now i get such a shoking result.. i will file rti but fil of all i need a job for livelihood..that y i m asking for documents required for new job like service certificate ..or any thing i have applied for other govt jobs and i have mentioned about my experience of govt bank but i still not have any service certificate or noc from bank..thats y please tell me my rights related with documents for new job

Today i got a call from my manager he told me that they are asking to close ur credit limit of 50000 then they will provide NOC AND other documents...i replied that please give me in writing that they will prove NOC and other certificates after submitting my dues.my pf nd gratuity is still pending with 59 days previlage leave..

Instead of making 5 vague posts as a number game by you, like Mr. Kumar Doab, it would have been better had you replied the queries of the querist, Mr. Sunil.

I applied for clerk job and in that job application mentioning experience is not mandatory ( box) so i skipped my experience as i dont have any experience letter from bank now i got selection and called for documents verification ..now i have only one question should i told them my pran nunber as it is still active.. within a year i got new job and this job is far better from my old job..
