What is the law applicable for registering a Public Charitable trust in Delhi. What is the applicable stamp duty and registration fees

A Trust can be registered under Society Registration Act, 1860. It requires not less than 7 members, aims & objects and Rules & regulations (Byelaws) of the Trust. The registration fee for filing of Byelaw is nominal. If a trust is created by a founder with trustees it can be registered under Registration Act and sstamp duty is at 5% of the amount set forth in the instrument and a fee of Rs.1000/-. However check the stamp duty and registration in registrar office as they are vary from one State to another State.
