Diversion of land

i have 2 acre agriculture land in dist. bhopal (m.p.) and i want diversion of this land so pls suggest me legal processor of diversion.

for conversion (diversion) of land into Non.agricultural, you have to submit application with necessary fees to the RDO/DRO of your division.

Procedure may change from state to state. For conversion application has to be submitted to collector.

What do you mean by the connotation "diversion of land", do you mean conversion from agriculture to residential or industrial or anything else, as presumed by the experts Mr. Kavksatyanarayana and Mr. Rajendra K Goyal.
