It would be better if the expert would have posted / contributed for the thread rather to go on posting just to satisfy his ego / irritation / frustration.

Forum would not gain anything from comments by experts on other experts / contributors.

Nothing wrong, if someone has asked you have been questioned on your ID, as a 2 years' old infant cannot be an expert. If hiding your face behind the kid and your own identity is questionable, you don't have any right to ask the querist about his ID.

Further, if you decided not to advice, what was the purpose of making a post specially to tell that you won't advice? Has the querist sought any advice specifically from you?
