Your own description indicates that you forced the doctor to go against her will.

Give full facts.

How did you force her?

Title of the problem and the contents of the query differ to a great extent. The title states about duties and responsibilities of a doctor, while your description about a criminal case pertaining to assault and outraging the modesty of a woman (doctor).

You should be clear, what exactly you want to ask and with what of your own concern with that particular problem?
