My brother is deeply entangled in the personal loan & Credit card dues.Recently he reviled it to me & my father. Now I want to help him to clear off all his loans
He has a total loan on approx 16 -17 lakhs (4 personal loans , 8 credit card dues). The monthly Earning of the couple is 42 K whereas the EMI of personal loan is approx 40k( Credit card dues not included).
Me and my father are planing to pay off his complete loan from our saving but we can't effort to pay all the amount. We also want his CIBIL score is impacted as he will not get any credit cards/ loans in future.
Kindly advice how to proceed...

Author contact the Higher level authorities of the concerned banks and plead for OTS One Time Settlement avoiding the interest and maximum level of loan outstanding

Vague contradictory post by Mr. Rajendra K Goyal to unduly maintain his top position in the hall of fame without suggesting any solution.. On one hand he says, no reply, but still replies the query, but with vague post. If he does not want to reply query of anonymous person, who has compelled him to reply?

Here comes a fake expert Mr. Kumar Doab (a fictitious name) with no identity and no place of his location to make 2 vague posts, as of a race towards top of hall of fame at LCI without providing any solution! Who compelled Mr. Kumar Doab to reply AQ?
When decided not to reply, why replied AQ by him?
