Sir, I sold one residential site 40 # 60 ( private layout) to one of the party, now dispute by adjacent survey number owner, noticed some differenc from my side and how to solve this issue

Apply to the Tahsildar concerned requesting to make measurements of your land and the land of adjacent to your land. or consult a local private Surveyor and take his help for measuring the lands. If you find any difference first get your own land record rectified and then sell the land. or consult your counsel.

Sir, After survey 500 ft comes from adjacent survey number, due to cross in survey sketch, we taken straight line due to that difference as come, the town municipal and townplaning issued Katha and building licence, construction also completed and in this stage what is the solution, it's correct we are entered their survey number, by mistake and lightly cross in the revenue sketch, our is the corner site
