What is the limitation period for appeal in high court

(Querist) 15 September 2017 This query is : Resolved 
Sir i want to file an appeal against the divorce decree under section 13 HMA by additional session judge (in favour of husband )what would be the limitation period to file an appeal in high court as it is an order of additional session judge whether 30 or 90 days (From wife side )

90 days from the date of divorce judgment and decree of trial court as per section 28(4) of HMA..
