Widow Remarried selection govt job in widow category

Sir tell me if a candidate apply vacancy in widow category in 2013 exam. Result announced in jan 2015 and she select but still she is widow. After some time is get remarried in July 2016. Revised result announced in aug 2017 same vacancy she select in widow category. My point is that she still take compansiate/advantage for this vacancy or not. Need your suggestions for this matter. If there is rules please tell me.

Since THE SELECTION CAME AFTER YOUR REMARRIAGE YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE JOB VACANCY FOR WIDOWS TO BE APPOINTED ON COMPASSIONATE GROUNDS. if YOU GOT THE GOVT JOB WHEN YOU WERE A WIDOW ON COMPASSIONATE GROUNDS AND THEN REMARRIED YOU'D HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO CONTINUE THE JOB EVEN AFTER YOUR REMARRIAGE.

Dear usha ma'a, when first time result declared she was still widow and wait for appointment but some candidates fixed the rit for there clarification. Is she does not deserve to get Remarriage ? If the government delayed for announcing revised result then widow wait for selection till the appointment. Widow can destroy their live I think this is not fare. As per human right she has a right to get remarriage this the fault from the government they delayed from there side not from candidate.

You file a writ of Mandamus against the particular State government Office seeking directions to it to reconsider its decision of not offering a job on compassionate grounds to the widow despite qualifying in the competitive exam meant for widows category prior to her remarriage but due to undue delay on the part of govt her selection to the job was announced by the government after remarriage and hence the said job vacancy meant for widow on compassionate grounds is no longer available after her remarriage is highly unconstitutional being violative of Articles 14(Equality before law and equal protection of laws), article 21(Right to life and personal liberty) violative of her human rights such as dignity and self respect etc. and arbitrary and the concerned State Govt has no right to dictate terms to a widowed woman not to remarry as it is her personal freedom and choice.

Apparently there is a clause on remarriage for candidates under Compassionate Employment.

If you wish you may post/attach the said Compassionate Employment Rules of the establishment in the thread in Experts/Forum sections.............or the relevant extract and said RTI application and reply..
You must erase the names, logo, addresses etc and maintain the confidentiality.

In case of link posted by you the Lady was divorced and it is not clear if the job application was under Compassionate Employment.
The sole purpose of Compassionate Employment to widow may be that affected family of deceased employee is supported.

No harm to your job since the selection was under the category 'Widow' Subsequent marriage will not affect the job.

In any case if rights of Lady are infringed upon, she can represent to authority/executive in establishment (in time) expecting relief and approach court of law to get relief.
