It is clear that you did not learn any lesson from your past experience. If he wishes to go against you with justified evidences that you have filed false case against him, then you shall be in trouble. Try amicable settlement.

Law does not move whether you feel bad or good, you filed case against him, it was your mistake to leave such proofs with him.

Try to have amicable settlement. if not possible, talk to your lawyer if he takes any step.

Obviously, you are trying to make wrong use of the Law. in order to have some fun. Now you are trying the same experiment with this forum also.
Earlier also, you had made the same posting and had received some suggestions.

Did you file FIR against the stalker without the knowledge of your parents?

Parents don't know the truth. They supported me. They know half truth. Someone suggested that I should say to police he Blackmail me.. This is my first post. I wanted what should I say. I want settlement... I sent message like I will kill you. Can that make me trouble? How can defend it?

Your parents should not be kept in dark. You must muster courage to make them aware of the truth to make them mentally ready to stand by you, rather than feel ashamed, if they come to know the facts later, or if the boy brings the truth to their knowledge.
R Trivedi (Expert) 12 September 2017
Actually in the other thread she was incorrectly advised by someone to file a case of Blackmail against him. Listen Ms. Laxmi, you have put into grave trouble both you as well as that boy. Talk to your elders and some senior respectable advocate and get out of it amicably. Do not make a mistake of filing any further case. You are equally to be blamed for this mess. In fact your acts are less respectable than that boy. So please involve elders and avoid police etc as much as possible. 354D is very difficult on that boy, now he has amassed the defence evidence, so talk to advocate, he will get you out without any legal harm to you. He will try that you don't get stuck in filing false criminal case.

Thank you everyone. That boy not picking my calls. One of my friend saying they r going to help him as witness. And he submitted application to local police. That I am threatening him and I said I misused law by text. He has call recording. I feel to ashamed. But how can I tell my father. Yesterday I got call from police they said meet at police station. I should be ready to take action

Ms. Laxmi: You need counselling than any legal advise.
Guest (Expert) 12 September 2017
Mr. P Venu has rightly advised. Misuse of law can sometimes bounce back very harshly.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 12 September 2017
You should keep your parents in confidence. Defend the case against you if filed by them.

Try for amicable settlement.

Well advised by experts, I endorse.
Nothing more to add except to find out an amicable settlement with the boy or face music of law/ i.e., consequences for filing false and frivolous complaint.
