How to get running divorce case related document

Hello,

my wife filled 13A against me in 2016. our case is running. I need one document with court stamp which include case details case number, name of both parties, court name and purpose of case (Divorce).

please let me know how can I get this document? my lawyer is saying court will not give such a document.

File an application at the court to get the certified copy of the document you require.

Did not your lawyer intimated you the reason why court will not give you the required document? If not, ask your lawyer.

Dhingra, my lawyer told as per court policy... court will not provide such a document until case close

Your lawyer can apply for certified copy of one / all documents of the case file.
