Iam a Muslim boy . m married to a Muslim girl forcefully but now I want to divorce with her and she is not ready to give the divorce . Can I marry with some other Muslim girl in court with giving her divorce . actually Iam in love with some other Muslim girl my parents won't agreed for our marriage and forced me to marry but now I want to marry with that girl only.. Please help me... Now what should I do ..

You have the option to divorce her as per your personal law and marry as per your wish.
However, by this process you are spoiling life of an innocent girl because you were coward and could not resist wished / pressure of your parents at the time of your marriage with her.

Sir my wife told me that she loved some boy and don't wants to move on with me but she will not divorce me because of family issue but I really want that at least two of us can live happy ..if I won't give divorce to her four life are spoiled me n my love & my wife n her love but by giving her divorce at least me n my love will live happy forever...

M married on 31st DEC. 2016 but I haven't touched her even for a single time. My family is not in fovour of getting divorce but m not able to move on with my wife and my wife too... That's why m thinking of marrying my girlfriend in court without giving divorce to my wife after our marriage my whole family has to agree for divorce.. Tell me just that is it legal in Muslim law to divorce second time without giving divorce to his first wife...

If your wife is having affairs, she should have agreed for divorce. If she is not agreeing, it means the information is based on wrong facts.
However, as per your version both of you were having affairs before marriage, now married, honor the marriage and try to save the marriage. Start new life by throwing away your ego.

The facts posted suggests too much of story telling. Apparently the querist considers marriage a joke. Any suggestion would be meaningless.
