Presently defend the case on merits.

Engage services of some expert local lawyer in the field.

Get the report of handwriting expert to prove forged signatures

No grounds of prejury case at present.

Hope you have your own counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such matters.

If your signatures are forged then proceed as advised above.

thank you experts
but will some one please give me reply on the issue of "framing of issues"
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 06 August 2017
Yes, you can provide proposed issues to the Court at the time of framing of issues, which you can emphasis/convince the court for framing of specific issue(s).
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 06 August 2017
When the case is decided in your client's favour you can file a civil case for compensation of damage to the reputation of your client as well as criminal complaint for submitting false affidavit by plaintiff.
The circumstances explained by you do not attract the provisions of perjury, for which you will have to create evidence during cross-examination of the plaintiff witness(es).
