To, Rajendra K Goyal, Thank you for replying. No it is not an academic question. My aunt who is 70 years old is a widow. She receives a meager amount as pension. She has two sons, one of them has left home and has become sage. Her younger son has somehow managed to transfer all the property in his own name and stopped taking care of her. She used to live in the ground floor of the aforementioned house but fell down and broke her arm. To get better care she has now come to stay with my mother in law who is also a senior. Now she is more ill, have broken her Femur bone and is admitted in a hospital. We have been trying to contact her son who refuses to speak on the phone and have declared that he does not have any mother. Even refused to accept a registered letter informing him the details of her ailments. In this scenario what steps can be taken to make him accept his mother take good care of her?
