Sir
I have been given charge sheet under rule 14 mentioning the loss of government property.
Inquiry is closed but inquiry officer is adding additional documents which were not asked by me nor provided to me with charge sheet.
kindly give your suggestion whether such documents can be added during inquiry proceedings.
They do not have any other documents to support their charges

Any document or evidence collected on the back of public servant is ab-initio void and vitiates the inquiry. If there is collection of any additional documents then you would be given a notice, the matter would be heard from both sides about the mode of procurement of the documents and also about relevance and reliability and after that it would be taken in to consideration whether it should be taken as evidence or not. File your written objection with the E.O. Illegalities will end in quashing the entire proceeding.
