Complain post by R.P.A.D to police

Sir i sent complain by R.P.A.D to the police station and other authority like collectors and dysp and legal aid but i did not received any reply or call form police. Sir what is the procedure police will follow on receiving application for cyber crime as i sent by post.

Pursue the RTI route and you may get a reply.

Use RTI to get information.

In some states FIR registered is available online, can try to search if any FIR lodged.

Mr. Rathod, please understand that police doesn't take action on complaint by phone or letter/email. The informant/complainant must visit the police station IN PERSON for any EFFECTIVE lodging of First Information.
