Fake allegation

Hello
My problem is that my brother's In law wife charged a fake allegation on me in caw cell that her husband and I have wrong relationship... She gives me warning that she wants to destroy my life and my family too...I dint do any wrong thing with her..I went to caw cell yesterday they also find me innocent and they said no need to come on next date ...all issues are between husband and wife but she unnecessary put me in her case...I don't knw what to do...I HV two kids and almost dey suffer jus CO of her
Plz advice me

There are no legal issues involved and hence legal solution can be suggested, Take your husband into confidence and try to live away from the brother-in-law and his wife, for the time being.

Given the sensitive nature of the posting, the querist is justified in opting to remain anonymous. It is my considered opinion that the experts of LCI need not take rigid stand in not all responding to 'anonymous' queries. Exercising discretion to make exceptions, as in the instant case, would only add to the stature of the experts as well as this august forum.
