Property right without divorce

My father has a property in village where he stays, my elder brother and his wife stays with them, my father has drinking problem and he now asks my brother and his wife to move out, my mother stays with me. I want to know if my parent don't get divorce and still my father write the property's ownership to my uncle (my father's brother) in this situation do my mother and we have any legal right. My uncle manipulates my father all the time please help.

None has forced share in self acquired property.
He being owner can dispose by a valid deed in his life time.

Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007 and rules framed under the Act by the state, that offers inexpensive and speedy disposal.
