Injunction suit, pending partition suit

Sir,
i have purchase the land from my vendor by going through all necessary document, wherein in the year 1998 partition suit field by his vendor and allowed later in the year some other heirs field and allowed and in Finale decree proceeding get comprised. later in the year 2013 some one legal heir field again partition suit claiming for partition and injuncation, which is not in the notice of my vendor and to me and i purchased the property. now they imp-leaded in the suit and field my written statement. but now they are interfering with my peaceful possession can i file injuncation suit against them.

yes, u can file injunction suit against them.

You can file the injunction petition to restrain the parties from interfering with your possession till the disposal of the suit.
Even you can ask for the declaration by filing a petition to demarcate your land which falls in the share of your vendor as a party to the partition.
