It may be preliminary decree and not pre-delivery order.
Well if it was a contested decree, you cannot file a petition seeking to set it aside.
You may have to prefer an appeal agaisnt the preliminary decree.
The normal period for preferring an appeal will be applicable to this situation too.
The grounds of appeal shall be the aggrieved contents of the judgment.

There is nothing like pre-delivery order. May be preliminary decree as guessed by Mr. Kalaiselvan. Inquire with the court registry and take action as suggested by Mr.Selvan.
