Dear experts,

What are the procedures to be followed in case of mutation of property, if there is no original salel deed.

You can get certified copy of the sale deed. Give application to local authority along with certified copy of sale deed to make change in ownership of property.

I have read registration act, 1908. But it is silent about the procedures to be followed in above referred situation.
