Builder constructed apartment not as per sanctioned plan BBMP is silent on this and he is paying tax for vacant site for 3-4years
When we approach BBMP persons there demanding bribe. We are not ready to pay and no body/higher authorities is ready to solve this issue .If the same state continues for more years and once this fact come to light who would be responsible?
Flat owners not able to get khathe transfer changed for not ready to pay bribe. Without bribe staff is not ready to khathe change also here builder is also mingled with the staff. Also revenue person says in one strech khathe change to be done not one or partially For ex if 8 units are there change to be take place in one time is it so?
Later BBMP may ask us to pay penalty ,overdue interest etc
Pl let us know how to proceed to get khathe change without paying bribe
If the situation continues for a long period who is at fault

If I am correct, Khare transfer means transfer of conveyance. If so, it is obligation builder. If society is formed file complaint against builder to do so.

If the employee is demanding bribe, try to get them trapped by vigilance department.
