Regarding na status

If i purchase land in village and wish to build house on it, does I need to make the plot NA or can I proceed with construction?

Land considered was under gram panchayat or Nagar parishad.

1. To have a clear cut safe investment of your property, take proper sanction from the office of the local collector or the local Civil Corporation or Council.

2. Gram Panchyat have no legal jurisdiction to give any construction permission, except for giving NOC and NOC is not sanctioned plans.
