138 case bail in po

sir i have a case i rohtak court in 138 all case are finalised but i dont appear court from last 4 months court has declard po me can i get a bail or anticioatery bail

you will not get anticipatory bail as you have jumped earlier bail order. now you appear before the same court and convince as to prevent you to appear before the court so that court has taken last resort of declaring you as po u may convince that u was having no knowledge of proclaimation notice. same was not intentional and beyond control circumstances. but be ready for worst and also some tough condition.

Just surrender before the Court wherein you will be sent to judicial custody for some time, subsequently you may seek regular bail, there is no chance of anticipatory bail, just forget AB.
