My grandma made a will but before registration she passed away and my father's elder brother filled a case challenging it can we execute the will any legal stand for it

Registration of will is not mandatory.

If the will contains required witness and can be proved that it was executed without force, coercion, in mentally fit conditions, your fathers elder brother may not succeed.

As the will has already been challenged in the court, all you need is to get a good lawyer to keep your part strongly before the court, as a will cannot be proved illegal merely on the grounds of non registration.
