liabilities of a member of an a.o.p.

(Querist) 01 February 2010 This query is : Resolved 
can a person who was a member of an association of person be liable to pay the depositor of that a.o.p. after his dissociation from membership or the remaining members will liable to pay as they agreed to take all assets and liabilities after the dissociation of the said member.
