i am a bank assistant and getting promotion to supervisary post in SBI this year.pursuing Company Secretary program. My present qualification is MBA(FIN),CAIIB.after completing CS are there any better opportunities in banking sector for me? does lack of LLB dilute my career opportunities?

Dont worry. Many job opporutnities are available for company secretary posts in many companies which strictly does not require LLB as an additional qualification. They merely ask only CS qualified candidates for appointment as company secretary. You may apply for those posts. But as regards banking sector there are no much opportunities for a candidate with CS qualification.

You do not have bright prospects in banking sector after completing your ACS. Private sector is the best field.
