My name is lokesh ku verma.. i was awarded by SA for break a company bond. Is it any issue in Govt job like police verification or etc ???

What exactly do you mean by:” i was awarded by SA for break a company bond.”.

The Govt authority that wants to recruit may have policy of verification by police.

Police verification in Govt. job is about verification of a candidate's character, antecedents and criminal records, not anything about break in bond unless break is associated with any criminal activity or security of state.

Probably you had NO copy of said Bond.

Probably you did not consult any counsel.

You seem to have lost before Arbitrator.

Probably you have not challenged the award.

Have you complied with award of arbitrator?
The employer can initiate steps to enforce the award.
