About Birth Certificate

Hello Team,

My birth year is 1987 and my older sister birth year is 1985. My birth record was not recorded at the time of my birth in gram panchayat and my parents are not educated and at the time of my school admission, my parent put my birth year as 1985 (on documents, i am older that my sister by 8 day). Now i want my birth certificate with my actual birth year. I have birthday certificate of my sister. How can i get the same.What would be the procedure to get the birth certificate.

It is not illiteracy but fraudulent intention which guides a parent to do so.

At this stage you must have completed your education.

It would be difficult to change your date of birth at this stage.

DOB can be registered on the basis of educational certificates by following late registration process

SSC passing certificate what is Date of Birth that will be your final date of birth

further if the date is now accepted as 1987 you may now be found not eligible to appear in matriculation examination in the year when you passed because the date of minimum qualification will differ. You cannot now afford to pass all these examinations [10th onward] all over against
