crossing on petitioner

if the petitioner is suffering from the depression and he undergoes medication, the crossing is occurs in that period. if the person cannot give answer properly. how can he defend. is there any solution.

The Concerned Advocate Could Request the Court to Postpone the Proceedings by filing the Medical Certificate . The Honorable Court would certainly oblige.

file application in court on behalf of petitioner to postpone his X on medical grounds.also file his medical certificate in court with said application.
