Hello Experts,
I have been harressed with past 2 months calls, what-up threatening message for the amount of Rs: 6,250/-, In fact at every time I insisted on asking for statement account to show if it’s a outstanding I am ready to clear, but you people don`t listen at customer and do what you like standard practice, I have gone through a tough time and mental trauma that your agents have put me through and emotionally down with these people,
don’t even have basic etiquette, and manners to talk to a customer, in a uncivilized manner, late night calls,
Normally practice, they didn't even send a letter to the customer, nobody has done so far, or an official mail,??? How do you expect a customer to pay??? without a clear picture.
How do I proceed further, can i write to ombudsman or file complaint for a damage claim for what all I have gone through so far???

Record all calls.
Write to the CEO/MD/Chairman, under proper acknowledgment of the establishment that has engaged recovery agents and narrate your grievances and demands.
The establishment say Bank; should have maintained list of recovery agents with phone numbers on its website.
Lodge complaint with police, RBI.

Mr.Kumaran Please Understand we are there to help the genuine sufferers.You are from Tamilnadu and at Villivakkam at Chennai a lady had committed suicide when collection agents had harassed for the borrowings of her husband.This Forum is Not for your Time Passing and we have Several Senior Experts to guide the deserving.Please understand and Stop having Fun

In his 4th post, Mr. Kumar Doab has advised you, "I am sending you some links that you may go thru and pick up relevant points and also show these to your own able counsel."
It would be quite proper for you, if you ask him what is the logic of the present advice, when he has already advised you, "Write to the CEO/MD/Chairman, under proper acknowledgment of the establishment that has engaged recovery agents and narrate your grievances and demands." ...... Is not that clear for you that he does not consider himself to be an able counsel?
Also, it is a matter to be given due consideration that when you have posted your question in the open forum for open advice, why he has refrained from posting his so called link privately and with what specific objective he has sent you the link privately?
Also, why he has not stated, which specific points you should refer, which he considers relevant?
In fact, as usual, he in most cases create more and more complications for the solution seeker by sending quite irrelevant google searched junk of several pages, as you can see from the analysis of posts in the following thread, where he misguided and confused the author of the problem to a great extent:

In fact, normally he tries to lay a honey trap for the querist by creating confusions for him, and ultimately to advise the authors of the problem to consult some able counsel/ lawyer, as he has advised you, so that the querist may ask him whom he should consult in the absence of his own lawyer, so that he may refer him to some lawyer, for whom he may be acting as a tout.
ONE MORE INTERESTING THING IS THAT HE WOULD NEVER COME WITH HIS REAL IDENTITY TO POST HIS REAL NAME, PHOTO AND DESTINATION PLACE IN HIS PROFILE AT THE LCI, EVEN ON YOUR SEVERAL REQUESTS, AS HE HAS DECLINED OPENLY EVEN ON ABOUT 50+ REQUESTS MADE EARLIER.
YOU MAY ALSO TRY TO VERIFY THE FACT BY ASKING HIM TO COME WITH HIS TRUE IDENTITY AT HIS PROFILE AT THE LCI. HE WOULD NEVER OBLIGE YOU.

I work has an internal audit Manager,close to 15 years experience. Anyways I have written to the grievance contact, if they fail, I will go with FIR on the same,

The RBI had given guide lines to Such collection agents.They have to Intimate the concerned Police station before making any visits and there is also Prescribed time for visits which is 9 a.m to 6 p.m.These collection agents never follow this.Do not give any Cheques to them for any interim Reliefs which would Land you in more trouble Legally.Better approach the court for settlement and make one time settlement waiving off the interest to the maximum level.What ever you pay now will be adjusted only in interest.Be bold and face them with Courage.
