ex-parte divorce

my wife stays at her parents home since last 1yrs. we dont have any communication as she do not responds any call made to her by any of my family members.
i have not sent any notice to her like rcr as she had threatened to file 498 against me incase i'll send any notice.
now i heard from her neighbor that her family is getting ex-parte divorce without my knowledge as i was against divorce. they may have used my old address where nobody stays now. still her family is not responding for my contact attempt.

how to know weather if i'm divorced by ex-parte divorce or not? no one from her side is ready to tell us anything.
i'm sorry but i cant send any legal notice to her as i'm sure she will file false case on me.
pls help me...

Make enquiries in the family court situated in the place where your wife is residing now. If she has not filed any matrimonial case, then you file a matrimonial case for conjugal rights in family court situated in your place of living. Pre-empt her from filing complaint under Section 498A by yourself filing a complaint at the police stations both at your place and at the place of your wife about your apprehensions of your wife filing a false complaint. In the complaint narrate all the incidents that lead to her leaving your company one year ago. Hope you are on the right side.

There is no other way but to make inquiries from the record of the family court since last one year.

thank you very much sir. i stay in thane maharashtra and my wife also stays in same district with her parents.
for my case,i want to know, only checking records of family court is sufficient or i need to check sessions/district court records also?

how to make such checking enquiry? is there advocate needed for enquiry search?
