Bail under Section 467 from high Court

(Querist) 17 November 2016 This query is : Resolved
My son is booked under Section 420,467,468and jailed . Bail rejected from session court. He is in the jail for last two months. Will the high Court grant bail?
Guest (Expert) 17 November 2016
Normally the Bail would be Granted in Sessions Court It Self After a Period of 3 months. Now almost 2 months are Over and you could wait for another Month.Other Wise If you are in Hurry you Could apply in High Court and Getting the Bail Depends on Your Advocate.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 17 November 2016
The anticipatory bail once rejected can again be filed in high court.
So try your luck now in high court.
Without knowing the full case history it is difficult to comment on the merit of the case.

There are chances of getting the bail from the High court. We have to see the details of the facts of the case and the defense.

If bail rejected by session Court, try from High court. No confirmation of success can be given.
