CAN AN AGRICULTURE LAND IN AP, EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT IN 2011 CAN BE TRANSFERRED OR REGISTERED WITHOUT PATTADAR PASSBOOK.

1. CAN A SALE DEED CAN BE REGISTERED WITHOUT ANY LINK DOCUMENTS.

2. IF THE REGISTER HAS REGISTERED A LAND WITHOUT ANY LINK DOCUMENTS OR ANY OTHER PROOF WHAT CAN WE DO

3. CAN THE REGISTRAR BE PUNISHED UNDER ANY LAW . IF SO UNDER WHAT LAW HE CAN BE PUNISHED

Now a days the link is developed between revenue department and registration dept. so the Registering authority will verify the land details with ROR-I-B in web-land, and if it is tallied the RO will go ahead. other wise it cannot be registered. if the SR without pattadar pass books/title deeds or with web-land, and the way of acquiring the land registers any document departmental action will be taken against him under APCCS Rules,1991.
