Commercial activity in residential premises

hi iam running a guest house in new delhi in a category colony on main road of 100ft but its in residential area/road now i want to change the trade to wellness centre spa meditation yoga centre i am running this guest house since 1980 and have regularly paid the mcd commercial charges upto today.please advice

In Delhi court has directed to check commercial activity in residential area.

You are leaving one commercial activity in the residential area as the same is not permitted but are adopting the other then how shall it be permissible if fist one has not been allowed to you?
