Debenture trust deed

I have a Debenture Trust Deed.
I have created a security by way of mortgage.
The mortgage deed is duly stamped and registered.

Is it compulsory for me to get the Debenture Trust Deed also registered?

Dear Sir,

I have executed a Debenture Trust Deed and have created a charge over the property of the company by way of mortgage. The stamp duty over the mortgage deed has been paid and it is registered.The stamp duty over the Trust deed has been paid.

My query is with respect to Debenture Trust Deed. Is it compulsory to register the Trust Deed under the registration act if the mortgage deed has already been registered.

Yes it is to be registered. as registration act provide that for any transfer for which consideration value is more than Rs. 100/- need to be registered.
