Where is constitutional guarantee as refered is provided to the persons under cloud whose investigation is conducted under orders of the courts?

No. Certainly not. Accused is subjected to a process of examination, in the larger interest of society, to meet the ends of justice. Neither statements of accused nor the opinion/result are admissible as evidence in a court of law against the accused. They are used to corroborate the investigation process.

It can not be termed as violation of Art.20(3).
