i purchased a product from online shopping...returned the product as it was defective....the online shopping company failed to refund my amt....nd informing me amt is successfully refunded...i hav all proofs ready tat tey r cheating.....

can i file tis case in consumer court???

You can very well file a case against the online shop before the local consumer forum for deficiency of service, recovery of your amount and also for compensation towards mental agony cause by them.
