1. Prima facie your query is an academic.
2. However, the company may appoint another person to substitute earlier.
3. What sort of complaint has been filed?
4. Where has the company lodged the complaint?
5. Who is the accused?
6. What is the accusation leveled against the accused?
7. What is your concern with the company and complaint?
You have posted the query before experts without any head and tail as a question paper in examination hall.
You should have preferably put the question on a tutor.
