This query is : Resolved
On Bride's demand my cousin decided to live separate with her.
So I want to know that if , here my aunt disconnect all her relation from her son and daughter-in - law and even evict her son from property.
Will this going to protect rest of the family members from 498a in future.?
We don't want to give them any reason.
we want to be on a safer side.
Please suggest me should I call lawyer and start working on this?

Yes, it is very beneficial for all other family members.
Published the intention in two leading news Papers and after that file a civil suit for declaration before civil court against them.

I have few call record of her brother when he was talking to us so that in future he may not turn his back from all his sweet commitments. As we can't trust them.

All that is required of your aunt is not to subject her daughter-in-law to cruelty!
