Can women made forcefull s*x with minor ?

sir I meet with 15 year boy who want to make complaint against 32 year women.
That women call him @ her house and offer cold drink. After consuming it boy felt down and that lady have taken undue advantage of that condition & made video.
When boy wake up that lady threaten him that she will file rape case against him if he tell any body about this.
After that day that lady call him @ hotel and full fill her desire.
Now that minor get frusted & don't know how to stop this crime? Whether he can get relief from this ?
What is procedure to get him relief?

Are you really an Advocate raising such an imaginary question ? If you are really an Advocate and the facts stated by you are real, then please clarify as to what is your difficulty in helping/guiding that minor boy to seek legal remedies .

He can get complaint/FIR lodged against the particular woman, advise him accordingly.

Video clip can clear all things. Video can show the actual facts including condition of that boy, lead etc. Main evidences- Video, Hotel booking, CCTV in hotel entrance / reception etc.
