Kabja karar issue...
Forced by circumstance to sign on behalf
of my brother without his power of attorney
On franking done 100 Rs. Paper...
Is also altered by the party of beneficiary and
signed by Notary too...what should I do?

The document you have mentioned seems to be void (not legally enforceable).
Signing on behalf of your brother- not valid.
Signing by the notary to authenticate the document- not enforceable by law.
