online selling company fraud

I purchased product from online shopping company but that was not actual what was displayed on companies website.
I called the company and they assured me that they will refund but its been 2 months.
what can I do?

Being forensic expert, do you believe that mere telephone call can serve as proof to your complaint? Serve the company with a legal notice to get formal assurance.

Strange reply to my question. However, if you believe in merely keeping with you the original bill and the call details without taking any action, nobody can help you. I have already suggested you to serve the company with a legal notice to get formal assurance. By the way, what do you understand by that, whether you have to take some action or the experts on your behalf?
