HIn Hsg Society Maintaineance Bill can be paid in cash?

Whether the maintainance charges submitted to the cashier in cash
can be denied by him to receive. What are the instructions or byelaws
in this regard?

It depends upon the provision of the particular society. If no cash is received and entire working especially maintenance charges is done through cheque or demand draft then it has to be obeyed.

society cannot denied to receive cash unless specific provisions are made in bye laws or specific resolution in this regard is passed by the society.
As per bye laws, the society cannot have more than certaim amount of cash balance with them and so to avaoid making of frequent deposits in cash , many society makes provision for the payment of maint by cheque .
even then if u wish to make payment in cash then u can directly deposit in bank account of soc and produce pay in slip to the soceity to which soc will not object.
