Being a law undergraduate, better go through the Constitution of India.

Mr. Raghav Khandelwal,

Make use of google to search for your religious water.

Even otherwise, when you have asked a question on constitutional law and the constitution is silent on that issue, you should have understood that the Indian Constitution is not framed to support any vague concept.

By the way, what do you mean by the religious quality of water and why you need that for you?

Also can you clarify, how a water becomes religious and the rest of the water remains as unreligious?

Academic query, state actual problem if any.

1. In a land of fakirs or rope-climbers into oblivion, a new concept of RIGHT to " religious quality of water." is now emerging, alongwith scores of various gods and goddesses. Mumbling of zaps & zips while holding ordinary natures water (H2O), turns it into "religious water" and such mumbo-jumbo religious water is packed and sold for 50-100 rupees for 10 ml bottles, outside places of worship.

2. Religious /Holy water is dropped down a persons lips, when he has permanently traveled into the yonder world.

Hope the Constitution changes and incorporates the same, for propagating the vested interests.

Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal
